
i remembered saying that i save so much more on shampoo with short hair, but in actual fact, i'm using much more water. why? cause showering is such a fast and easy task now that i do it everytime i perspire(how hot the weather is these days!), which adds up to at least 2-3 times daily as compared to 1 or at most 2 times when i had long hair. hahaha, i hope dad won't come screaming at me when the bill comes in.
'healthy living' going well, everything as planned. ran on mon, gymmed ytd and rest day tdy!(my butt is aching which is a good sign right?) :D i'm happy that i'm motivated to keep it up, been cooking my own meals too! steamed fish, bean sprouts, carrots and broccoli this afternoon for lunch. off to cook dinner soon too!
i'm so happy eating 'real' food, i don't understand why i'm this fat(okay, not fat fat but flabby,yes ass stomach thighs and arms), hais. i can give up sweet food, i'm sure i can. cause i love the sight of veggies and especially fish! oh TOFU too! i don't really fancy hotdogs or luncheon meat or crabstick etc, all those stuffs that i can't see what it actually is. my mind will always start thinking if they're actually other kinda meat inside than the one stated. and it's a good thing cause these are so full of saturated fats. and talking about ice-creams and cakes, i'm sure if i don't start on it, i can stay away from them.
